For those of you who don’t know, I’m an avid dog lover.  and would absolutely love to do a session with Zamboni! (Stay tuned, I feel that its in my near future!) Our dogs become part of our family, and we look forward to them being there. One of my favorite parts of the day is coming home after a long day of work and Z waiting for me. His face looks up at me like ‘Where have you been?! I missed you!’. It brings me comfort just to have him in the house, and in return all he wants is a scratch of the ear, and a bowl of food. Dogs offer us the most selfless love, without condition. In many ways I feel loving him is easier than any relationship I have in real life.

When Nicole reached out and wanted to do a mini session with Charlie, I was so excited. It can be challenging to photograph dogs, yes, but they make me so happy, I don’t even mind the challenge! I am going to be photographing her sister, Ashley’s wedding, who also came along with her retriever, Kevin! Together we had a morning filled with laughter, pup snuggles, and yes, a little chaos too! We shared a ton of laughs, and of course, enjoyed the beautiful fall foliage!
